Crockpot Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
450 g minced beef
400 g marinara sauce
400 g diced tomatoes
250 g ricotta cheese
200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
9 lasagna sheets
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Method
1. In a large skillet, brown the minced beef over medium heat. Break it apart with a spoon while cooking.
2. Drain excess fat from the beef, then add the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan cheese. This will be your cheesy filling.
4. Start layering in the crockpot. Begin with some of the meat sauce, then add 3 lasagna sheets. Next, spread half of the ricotta mixture and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
5. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce on top and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
