Ingredients
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 500 g chicken breast, cubed
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 950 ml chicken broth
– 180 g pasta (egg noodles or similar)
– 250 ml cream
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot on the sauté setting.
2. Add the chicken and brown it for about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle in the thyme, then pour in the chicken broth and add the pasta.
5. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. After cooking, stir in the cream and serve.
