Masala Aloo Bhindi Recipe

Ingredients
2 medium-sized potatoes, diced
250 g okra, trimmed and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Stir in the potatoes and season with turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt.
Cook the potatoes until they are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add okra, mix well, and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Finish with fresh coriander and lemon juice before serving.
