Ingredients
– 250 g cream cheese
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp cornstarch
– 1/4 cup milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200Ā°C (390Ā°F). Line a springform pan with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until fully combined.
4. Add the flour, vanilla extract, salt, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until the top is dark and cracked.
