Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
4. Stir in the raisins until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
