Ingredients
– 1 cup pumpkin puree

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
