Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup white sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, milk, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until everything is mixed. Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
