Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Method
Rinse the quinoa under cold water using a fine mesh strainer.
Combine quinoa, water, and salt in the pressure cooker.
If desired, add olive oil for flavor.
Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high for 1 minute.
Let the cooker release pressure naturally for 10 minutes before opening.
