Ingredients

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Drizzle the olive oil over the nuts and sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, and sugar if using.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown.
Let them cool for a few minutes before using or serving.
