Delicious Sesame Noodles Recipe: Quick And Easy Dinner Idea

Ingredients
250 g noodles
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup cooked chicken or tofu, diced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain them in a colander and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic.
Add the cooled noodles to the bowl and toss to coat them with the sauce.
Stir in the green onions, diced chicken or tofu, and sesame seeds. Mix until everything is well combined.
Serve the noodles in bowls and garnish with fresh cilantro on top.
