– 4 steaks (about 200g each)
– 60 ml olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 250 ml beef broth
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

1. Start by taking the steaks out of the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps them cook evenly.
2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice in a bowl. This will be your marinade.
3. Rub the marinade all over the steaks and let them sit while you heat the grill.
4. Preheat the grill to high. When it’s hot, place the steaks on it and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
5. After grilling, let the steaks rest for 5 minutes. Melt butter and drizzle it along with beef broth over the steaks. Garnish with parsley before serving.
