Ingredients
400 g green beans
2 medium tomatoes, diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 can (250 g) tuna, drained
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mixed salad greens
50 g black olives, pitted
60 ml olive oil
30 ml red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Start by boiling water in a pot. Add the green beans and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
3. Add the cooked green beans to the bowl, along with the quartered hard-boiled eggs and drained tuna.
4. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
5. Finally, scatter the black olives on top before serving.
