Bacon And Cheddar Frittata Recipe: A Delicious Breakfast Treat

Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.
4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture into the skillet over the cooked vegetables.
5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top. Cook on the stovetop for 2 minutes, then transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden.
