Ingredients

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Cook until browned.
4. Mix in the mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve the mixture over the cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
