Ingredients
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 carrot, diced
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 2 cups pasta
– Salt and pepper to taste
– ½ cup grated cheese
Method
1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Mix in the diced carrot and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and dried oregano. Bring everything to a boil.
5. Add the pasta and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, topped with cheese.
