Ingredients

– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup olive oil

Method

1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Stir the mixture gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Stir in salt and gradually add flour. Mix everything together until a sticky dough forms.
3. Add olive oil to the dough. Mix well until fully combined, then cover the bowl with a cloth. Allow it to rise at room temperature for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Pour the risen dough onto the tray and spread it out gently with your fingers.
5. Top with fresh herbs, sea salt, and any optional toppings. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
