Method
1. Mix warm water, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add oil and instant yeast. Let this mixture sit for about 5 minutes until it bubbles.
3. Gradually add flour and cinnamon. Stir until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes on a floured surface until it becomes smooth.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for an hour or until it doubles in size.
