Delicious Graham Cracker Pralines: Easy No-Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package graham crackers (about 14-16 crackers)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

1. First, preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, salt, and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
5. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared tray. Pour the praline mixture over the crackers. Sprinkle chocolate chips and coconut on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
