Ingredients

60 ml soy sauce
60 ml honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions, for garnish

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle the olive oil over them.
