Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon chili powder
Salt, to taste
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and place it in a baking dish.
3. Mix olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
4. Brush the spice mixture all over the cauliflower, ensuring it is evenly coated.
5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden and tender. Serve with yogurt mixed with lemon juice and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
