Ingredients
500 g minced lamb
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Pita bread, for serving
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine minced lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
2. Mix the ingredients together using your hands until well blended. Shape the mixture into 8 evenly sized kebabs.
3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
4. Cook the kebabs for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are browned and fully cooked.
5. Serve the kebabs on pita bread, adding your favorite toppings like salad or sauce.
