Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C. Grease or line a muffin tin.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs until well mixed.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until combined. Gently fold in the diced apples.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
