Ingredients
– 500 g baby bok choy
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Sesame seeds, for garnish
Method
1. Rinse the baby bok choy under cold water to clean it. Cut it in half lengthwise.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, then stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
4. Toss in the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it wilts.
5. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
