Ingredients
– 125 g unsalted butter, softened

– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Beat the softened butter with sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in another bowl. Gradually mix this into the butter mixture until combined.
4. Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed. Shape the dough into small balls.
5. Roll each ball in powdered sugar before placing them on the prepared tray. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
