Ingredients
– 500 g Italian sausage

– 6 cups chicken broth
– 4 large potatoes, sliced
– 2 cups kale, chopped
– 1 cup cream

– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Method
1. Start by cooking the Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Break it up as it cooks until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and mix well. Add the sliced potatoes and bring everything to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
5. Stir in the kale, cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it heat through for a few more minutes before serving.
