Ingredients
– 500 g beef tips
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup diced onion
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe dish over medium heat.
3. Brown the beef tips in the oil for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything to combine.
5. Cover the dish and bake for 2 hours. Once done, mix the cornstarch with a little water to thicken the sauce if needed.
