Ingredients
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 cup chocolate frosting
– Pretzel sticks (for decoration)
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a cupcake tin with paper cases.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
3. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and milk. Beat everything until it is smooth and well combined.
4. Pour the batter into the cupcake cases, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Once cooled, frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting and stick a pretzel into each one to create broomsticks.
