Tuna Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (425 g) tuna in spring water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 small celery stalk, finely chopped
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
8 slices of bread
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Method
Mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a large bowl.
Add the chopped red onion, sweet pickle relish, and celery to the bowl.
Sprinkle salt and pepper into the mixture, then stir everything until well combined.
Spread the tuna mixture onto four slices of bread.
Top with lettuce and place another slice of bread on each sandwich.
