Ingredients

500 g fresh green beans
1 cup diced onion

2 cups mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup crispy fried onions

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Wash and trim the green beans, then cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender.
3. Drain the beans and mix them with the diced onion, garlic powder, mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top it with crispy fried onions and grated cheese.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
