- 450 g scallops, cleaned

Method
- Start by patting the scallops dry with paper towels. This helps them sear better.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the scallops to the hot pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Next, add the butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for another minute until the garlic is fragrant.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, pepper and garnish with parsley before serving.
