Ingredients
500 g bread flour
300 ml warm water
10 g salt
7 g instant yeast
30 ml olive oil
10 g sugar
30 ml milk
1 egg (optional for egg wash)
Method
Combine flour, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
Mix warm water, salt, and olive oil separately.
Slowly add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour.
