Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 cups cooked rice
Method
Heat a pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
Stir in chicken strips, cooking until golden brown.
Pour in soy sauce and honey, mixing well.
Add bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender. Top with sesame seeds and serve over cooked rice.
