Ingredients
1 kg chicken thighs, boneless
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
4 cups cooked rice
Method
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 1 minute.
Include chicken thighs and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and honey, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
Mix in broccoli and carrots, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, around 5 minutes.
