150 ml warm water

Method
1. Start by mixing pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and dried herbs together in a large bowl.
2. Gradually add warm water while stirring. Continue until a soft dough forms.
3. Dust a clean surface with flour. Transfer the dough onto that surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
4. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat round shape, about 5 mm thick.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through.
