Carrot, Capsicum, Mushroom, and Sweet Corn Tawa Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup diced capsicum
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sweet corn
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Stir in the carrots and cook for about 3 minutes.
Next, add the capsicum, mushrooms, and sweet corn. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Season with turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
