Ingredients
– 1 cup peanut butter
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups self-raising flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan with a little butter.
2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla to the mixture. Blend well. Then stir in the milk.
4. Gradually mix in the flour and salt. Make sure everything is well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
