Ingredients
– 500 g beef mince
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 300 g pasta
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the beef mince. Cook until browned.
4. Mix in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and serve with the beef sauce.
