Ingredients
600 g sirloin steak
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
1. Start by taking the sirloin steak out of the fridge. Let the meat sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
2. While waiting, mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, rosemary, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
3. Rub the mixture all over the steak. Spread it evenly for great flavor.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak to the pan.
5. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check if it reaches about 57 degrees Celsius.
