Ingredients
250 ml thickened cream
75 ml buttermilk
Method
1. Pour the thickened cream into a clean jar or bowl.
2. Add buttermilk to the cream and stir the mixture gently until combined.
3. Cover the jar or bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap.
4. Leave it at room temperature for about 12 to 24 hours.
5. Check if it has thickened, then store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.
