Delicious Parmesan Orecchiette Pasta With Sausage And Kale Recipe

Ingredients
300 g orecchiette pasta
400 g sausage meat
150 g kale, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
500 ml chicken broth
125 ml milk
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Method
1. Start by cooking the orecchiette pasta in a big pot of salted boiling water until it is al dente. Follow the package instructions, usually around 10 to 12 minutes. Once done, drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Toss in the minced garlic and chopped kale. Stir this mixture together for about 2 minutes until the kale begins to soften.
4. Pour the chicken broth and milk into the pan. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
5. Mix in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve it hot.
