Lemon Pepper Wings Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with foil for easy cleanup.
2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
3. Coat the wings with olive oil. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Toss everything until the wings are evenly coated.
4. Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Bake them for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
