Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
3/4 cup water
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup corn kernels
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
Method
Combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add oil and water gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured surface.
Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each into thin circles.
Cook the rolled dough on a hot skillet for about 1 minute on each side.
