  • 3 ripe pears, peeled and sliced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a cake pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
