Ingredients
– 500 g of grapes (your choice of red or green)
– 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup of plain yogurt
– ¼ cup of honey
– 1 cup of chopped pecans (or walnuts)
– ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
Method
1. Begin by washing the grapes thoroughly. Remove stems and pat them dry.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
3. Gently fold the grapes into the creamy mixture until they are well coated.
4. Stir in the chopped nuts carefully; make sure not to crush any grapes.
5. Serve the grape salad immediately, or chill it in the refrigerator for a little while before eating.
