Delicious Parmesan Thyme Shortbread With Feta Dip & Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

250 g plain flour
150 g unsalted butter, softened
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
Feta cheese for dipping

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Combine the flour, softened butter, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until dough forms.
3. Stir in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
4. Shape the dough into small squares or rectangles and place them on the baking tray.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with cranberry sauce and feta cheese on the side.
