Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
60 ml milk
60 ml olive oil
60 g butter
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Flatten each chicken breast by pounding them gently.
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then into the egg mixture.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
