Ingredients
3 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
1 tablespoon ghee (or butter)
Additional oil for cooking
Method
Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add water and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
Cook the rolled circles on a hot pan with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
