Parker House Rolls Recipe: Fluffy, Buttery Delights To Savor

Ingredients
250 ml warm milk
50 g sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
60 g unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
500 g all-purpose flour
Extra butter for brushing

Method
1. Warm the milk in a saucepan. Stir in sugar and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
2. Mix melted butter, salt, and egg into the milk mixture.
3. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for an hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Shape the dough into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish. Brush with extra butter, then let them rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
