Method
1. Start by mixing Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Coat each chicken breast in the yogurt mixture, then let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken cooks, combine cherry tomatoes and cucumber in a separate bowl.
5. Serve the chicken with the tomato and cucumber salad on the side.
