Ingredients
– 1 cup almond flour
– 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

– 1 cup honey or maple syrup
– 2 large eggs

– 1 cup mixed berries
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine honey (or maple syrup), eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Stir until blended.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
5. Spoon the batter into muffin tins lined with papers and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
